We have owned a couple of residential rental properties in Auckland. However, to choose some competent estate agents for us to let the properties out could always be a complicated affair. In one of the recent cases of renting a property in Epsom, for instance, we are truly grateful for the assistance of Trevor and Ian of Angel Property Managers. It was just like a miracle that shortly after the property had been posted in the internet for only one day, Angel Property could have already secured a very good tenant for us. Until the next day, a tenancy agreement had all been signed up successfully. It is totally fantastic to note and also extremely hard to image how fast and efficient they are during the whole of the letting process.
